A touch of Sweetness

Now still working..still have an hour thirty mins to go...the place im sitting now is very weird..so i need to report...those who work in citiphone..PLS dont sit at desk 6216.. the calls i got all very weird..one from control desk..dont know come from where..no info about her.. one is from ATM the customer crazy de..demand ppl to come and help him.. one called from taiwan who applied card in taiwan then call us..we are unable to acces information whose card are not applied here...then i got one call from USA having USD BAnkcard...weird right...all from the places i dont normally receive calls from...

I ask my college about the desk. they say that this desk is "SUAI" ..calls are all very weird cases de..now im still sitting on it..still left with 1 and 1/2 hr..no point of moving..just tolerate...very very weird...even though there is no much calls but the calls are all weird and the customer all very nasty...next time i wont choose this place anymore...noted and stamped...
